- Bushes and trees trimmed to show a clear view of the house.
- Remove trash cans, sprinklers, and hoses.
- Sweep patios, sidewalks, and driveways.
- Pools cleaned and without visible equipment.
- All windows should be closed with open blinds to let in natural sunlight.
- Stage patio umbrellas, if in season.
- Clean barbeque or use covers.
